Our Kite project manager will liaise with the client contact to establish the preferred plan allowing the minimum of downtime for the business when relocating to a new location. Works can be completed out of hours or at a weekend to suit the specific needs of your business.

Kite offer a variety of support contracts for all of the Products and Services that we supply. As suppliers of Openreach products we can also test your lines at any time day or night as required. Our dedicated Helpdesk staff are here to assist you in any way they can.

Customers can choose from the following: -
  • Monday-Friday 8-30am to 5-30pm
  • Monday to Saturday 8-30am to 5.30pm
  • Monday to Sunday 24/7 - 365 days a year
